We do not provide any refunds, but you are eligible for exchanges. Here's the guide to start your exchange process.
Note: Exchanges cannot be possible for items that have gone out of stock.
1. Free Exchange:
For manufacturing defects (e.g. defective items).
Photo or video proof required.
Condition: You are only eligible if you contact us within 7 days after the order is delivered.
2. Paid Exchange:
For reasons such as size issues or general exchange requests.
Charges for Size Exchanges: 1-2 products: ₹349
More Than 2 Products: Depends On The Quantity (Contact Us)
(Charges cover reverse pickup, repacking, and re-sending.)
Condition: You are only eligible if you contact us within 7 days after the order is delivered.
Exchange Process for 1-2 Products: Pay the amount on the QR code below.
